Our full-time HSE Manager maintains a custom training matrix while assuring 100% compliance with ISNetworld, DISA Global Solutions, PEC Premier, PICS Auditing, Veriforce, and Safety and Environmental Management Systems (SEMS).
We provide extensive training through a variety of mediums to ensure all of our employees are equipped with the knowledge and resources they need to excel. We provide our employees with a full introduction to health and safety-related information including:
- In-depth safety training programs including SafeLand, H2S, Fit Testing, etc.
- Stop Work Authority
- Safe Driving
- Hazard risk assessments and risk mitigation training
- Daily JSA's, Weekly and Monthly Safety Meetings
- Behavior-based safety (BBS) program - focused on changing habits
